Info from A to Z
Arrival:
Our rooms and apartments are available from 3 p.m. on arrival day.
Babybed:
Is available for free on request.
We will also happily borrow you a bathtube for babies, a potty and toilet seat for children.
Breakfast:
Our breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day, from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. The breakfast is also available on request for our guests from the apartments.
Departure:
On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the rooms and apartments by 10:00 a.m. We are happy to store your luggage until your departure. You also have the possibility to take a shower before you leave.
Elevator:
New at the winter season 2017/18: We have an elevator for our guests.
Equipment:
The apartment/room and its equipment shall be kept in good condition throughout the rental period. Any damage caused by you or by a person staying with or visiting you must be reported to us before your departure.
Hotel card:
Please do not forget to leave your hotel cards at the reception before your departure. In case of loss we have to charge the cards extra.
Number of guests:
The number of guests staying in the apartment or room may not exceed the booking confirmation. Please note, it is not allowed that non-registered people stay in the apartment over night.
Parking:
We provide you a free parking for the duration of your stay. Either in front of the house or just a few meters from the house in a underground car park. Not more than 1 car per room and 2 cars per apartment.
Payment arrangements:
In order to avoid waiting time at the reception, we recommend to settle the bill on the evening before your departure. You can pay in cash or with EC card. Unfortunatly we so not accept credit cards for the hotel bill.
Pillow:
Extra pillows are available on request at the reception.
Rest and Recreation:
We wish you guests to have relaxing holidays. Therefore we kindly ask you to observe the sleeping time from 10 p.m. We do not accept parties or party-music in our house. Please condsider this when making a booking in our house. In case of complaints from other guests due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour, we have the right to revoke the rental of the apartment and ask the customer to vacate the premises immediately, without refund of any amount paid.

Sauna:
Our spa area is opened in winter daily from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., except on Saturday. Bathrobs you receive for a deposit of € 20,- at the reception. In summer the sauna is not opened.
Skidepot:
During your stay you can use a free ski and ski boot depot at Alber Freeride (opposite to the Galzig cable car). The tickets you will receive at the reception after Check-in. We also have a skiroom with a ski boot dryer in the house. Kindly note that it is not allowed to take your skis and ski boots into the room.
Ski rental:
If you rent your skis online at Alber Sport (www.sport-alber.com) you will get a discount of 10 %.
Skipass sale:
You have the possiblilty to buy the ski pass at our house. It can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Smoking:
Please note the smoking ban troughout the hotel and in the rooms and apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or terrace with closed balcony door. In case of non-observance we charge something for the extra cleaning.
Wireless Lan:
All our rooms, apartments and public areas are equipped with wireless lan. This service is free of charge.
